SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (for Vegan Fresh)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximizing volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
- Activating local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieving food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Creating and assessing a business marketing strategy with developing a competitive pricing strategies.
- Maintaining, monitoring, and regularly evaluating pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
- Developing relationships with vendors and demonstrating company products and solutions.
- Satisfying technical needs during sales cycle and articulating competitive positioning.
- Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.
Qualifications:
- A candidate should possess a graduation/post-graduation degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in handling food service accounts.
- Ability to build strong food service contacts
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results.
