SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (for Vegan Fresh)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
  • Activating local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
  • Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieving food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
  • Creating and assessing a business marketing strategy with developing a competitive pricing strategies.
  • Maintaining, monitoring, and regularly evaluating pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
  • Developing relationships with vendors and demonstrating company products and solutions.
  • Satisfying technical needs during sales cycle and articulating competitive positioning.
  • Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.

Qualifications:

  • A candidate should possess a graduation/post-graduation degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in handling food service accounts.
  • Ability to build strong food service contacts
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results.
