Executive/BDM/Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM-Sales (for PropYogi)

Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting on sales activities to top management.
- Fulfilling targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes in market.
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analyzing the complete sales figures.
- Keeping your team updated with all products and the competitors.
- Generating sales with existing customers and creating opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
- Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings and developing strong strategy to achieve targets.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relationships with major clientele and, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Providing loan related information to the clients, if required, and also liaising with banks for disbursal of home loan. Ensuring timely payment by the customers.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales & operations, product development, erection & commissioning and product support and, meeting the individual & group targets.
- Generating sales leads and developing marketing intelligence by utilizing the public information and personal network.
Qualifications:
A Candidate must possess:
- A Graduation/MBA/PGDM degree with relevant experience.
- At Least 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Marketing.
- Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, Direct sales, Channel sales, Insurance Sales, Sales Planning, Sales process, Sales Promotion.
- Strong problem solving and team management skills.
- Ability to develop healthy and long-lasting relations with clients.
- Ability to quickly adapt the changing environment.
